Air Fryer Spanish Garlicky Shrimp

Ingredients

2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
12 oz (360 g) medium shrimp, deveined, tails intact

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Add shrimp to the marinade and toss well to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Remove marinated shrimp from the refrigerator. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Pace marinated shrimp in the greased basket.

Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
