Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
4 medium Russet potatoes (washed and scrubbed)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
1–2 teaspoons sea salt
Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, bacon bits, etc.
Directions
Scrub the potatoes clean and dry them thoroughly with a towel.
Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes, depending on size.
Flip halfway through for even crispiness.
Insert a fork or skewer. It should slide in easily with no resistance.
If not done, continue cooking in 5-minute increments.
Slice open, fluff the inside, and add your favorite toppings.
