Air Fryer Crispy Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients

1 small green cabbage (or half of a large one)
2–3 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, or balsamic glaze for serving

Directions

Remove any damaged outer leaves.

Cut the cabbage into wedges, about 1.5–2 inches thick, keeping the core intact so the wedges hold together.

Brush or drizzle both sides of each wedge with olive oil.

Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then sprinkle the seasoning on all sides of the cabbage.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the edges are crispy and browned and the centers are tender.

Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, or a drizzle of lemon juice or balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
