Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/3 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

Directions

Scrub the potatoes clean and dry well with a paper towel.

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and add them to a large bowl.

Toss with oil, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.

Air fry on 400F for 15-20 minutes, or until almost fork tender. Stop the air fryer to shake the basket a few times. This will help to evenly crisp up the potatoes.

Sprinkle on the Parmesan and air fry for another 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

Top with fresh chopped rosemary and serve.
