Air Fryer Garlic Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound redskin potatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
kosher salt, pepper

Directions

Dice the potatoes into approx. one inch pieces. Put them in a bowl and add the olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly mixed.

Put the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer for 15 minutes at 390 degrees.

Taste and add more kosher salt or pepper if needed.
