Air Fryer Copycat Wingstop Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients

2 lb chicken wings, party-cut
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.

Pat the wings completely dry. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.

Arrange in a single layer in the basket without crowding. Cook 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until deep golden and 165°F internally.

Meanwhile, whisk the melted butter and lemon pepper seasoning together.

Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl, pour the lemon pepper butter over them, and toss to coat.

Finish with fresh lemon zest and serve immediately.
