Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, (about 6–8 oz each)
6 strips bacon, regular-cut, not thick-cut
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, adjust to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, optional
1/2 teaspoon paprika, optional
1 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme, optional

Directions

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub lightly with olive oil, then season all over with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Lay 3 bacon strips side by side and set a chicken breast on top. Wrap the bacon snugly around the breast, overlapping slightly to cover the surface. Secure loose ends with toothpicks if needed.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Place the wrapped breasts seam-side down in the basket, leaving space between them. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.

The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the bacon is crisp.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
