Air Fryer Philly Cheesesteaks
Ingredients
4 pieces of Garlic Texas Toast frozen
2 Frozen Beef Steaks Steak Eze or Steak Umms
½ Green Bell Pepper sliced
2 tbsp butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ yellow onion sliced
4 pieces provolone cheese
½ tsp seasoning salt
Directions
Slice bell peppers and onions and set aside.
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a pan on the stovetop over medium heat, then add in sliced peppers and onions and sauté with salt and pepper to taste. Pour these into a bowl and set aside.
Cook your frozen steaks according to the package (2 minutes on both sides, then break up the meat).
Add the cooked peppers and onions back to the pan with the cooked steak and mix in ½ tsp of seasoning salt.
Place 4 pieces of Texas toast in the air fryer and cook for 3 minutes at 400 degrees. Then flip each piece and cook for 3 more minutes.
Assemble your sandwiches by placing one piece of provolone cheese on two pieces of garlic toast, then use tongs to pile on your Philly cheesesteak mixture on top of your sandwiches.
Add another piece of provolone cheese to each sandwich.
Then top with the sandwiches with the other two pieces of garlic toast.
Bake in the air fryer for 3 more minutes at 350 degrees.
