Air Fryer Honey Mustard Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 pork chops, boneless, thick cut
2 Tablespoon yellow mustard
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
2 Cloves garlic , crushed
1/4 Cup honey
1/4 Cup mustard, stone ground
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1 lemon , juiced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/4 Cup parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions
Remove the pork chops from the fridge and let come to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Brush a layer of yellow mustard onto the pork chops. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket, leaving room between each pork chop. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
While the pork chops are cooking, prepare the honey mustard. In a small bowl, combine honey, stone ground mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and crushed garlic. Whisk to combine. Pour honey mustard mixture into a saucepan over high heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Remove pork chops and let rest 5 minutes on a cutting board. Pour honey mustard over the pork chops and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
