Air Fryer Potato Wedges
Ingredients
2 Russett potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions
Cut the potatoes into halves and then into halves again, so you end up with potato wedges.
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the potato wedges in your basket, and set the temperature to 390 degrees F (air fryer setting) and cook for 15-17 minutes, flip about halfway.
