Air Fryer Roasted Rutabagas
Ingredients
3 cups rutabagas diced *
2 tablespoons oil **
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic minced
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 400º F.
Place the washed rutabagas on a cutting board. Cut into cubes. Place them in a large bowl.
Add the oil, minced garlic, and seasonings. Toss to coat.
Add the rutabagas to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Open and stir the rutabagas so all sides cook evenly.
Cook for an additional 9-10 minutes. The actual baking time will vary by the size you make your cubes.
Serve hot.
* You can leave the peels on or remove them
** Avocado Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Peanut Oil, Vegetable Oil, Canola Oil. or Refined Coconut Oil
