Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
1.25 to 1.75 pound Pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon oregano
3 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together and whisk.
Trim the pork tenderloin of the silver skin.
Use your hands or a brush to coat the pork with the 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Rub the spice mixture over the pork tenderloin on both sides.
Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer and air fry at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Be sure not to overcook or it will become dry.
Remove the pork from the air fryer and let sit for 5 minutes.
Slice the meat and serve.
