Air Fryer Gnocchi
Ingredients
1 lb shelf stable potato gnocchi
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup marinara sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, toss gnocchi with olive oil, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated

Spread gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 380ยบ for 12 minutes. Open halfway thru and shake to toss gnocchi. Shut air fryer and continue to cook gnocchi.
While gnocchi are cooking, warm marinara in a saucepan or the microwave
1/2 cup marinara sauce
Remove gnocchi when they are golden brown. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve with warmed tomato sauce for dipping
